Outdoor Dining At Kualoa Ranch

The traveling restaurant showcase will stage five family-style farm meals in Hawaii this winter, including an inaugural event Feb. 2 at Kualoa Ranch.

“Outstanding in the Field” will start with a wine reception, followed by a tour of the historic ranch, discussions by local food producers and a four-course, family-style meal prepared in “a nomadic al fresco kitchen” by Chef Mark Noguchi. Guests enjoy three hours of dining at the sponsor’s signature long table, sampling homegrown ranch beef and other highlights.

Tickets cost $200 at outstandinginthefield.com, and seating is limited.

Additional events are planned for Kauai Kunana

Dairy Jan. 29, MA’O Farms in Waianae Feb. 1, Kupa’a Organic Farms on Maui Feb. 5 and Big Island Abalone Farm Feb. 8.
