Local Leaders Share Insights

The West Oahu Economic Development Association hosts its 10th annual conference beginning at 9 a.m. Friday at the Kroc Center in Kapolei, with registration starting at 8:30.

This year’s featured speakers are Gov. Neil Abercrombie, Mayor Kirk Caldwell, Dan Grabauskas of Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit (HART), Micah Kane of Pacific Links Hawaii and Steve Kelley from Kapolei Property Development.
