‘Funtastic’ Day To Fund Mauka Lani Activities

Mauka Lani Elementary School is gearing up for its second annual Mauka Lani Funtastic Carnival, which will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 19 at the Makakilo campus, 92-1300 Panana St.

The carnival will feature food, games, entertainment and more. Sponsored by the Mauka Lani PTA, the Makakilo/Kapolei Lions Club and Grace Bible Church-Kapolei, the fair is a fundraiser for field trips, student resources and student activities for all grades.

The $15 wristbands entitle customers to unlimited rides (excluding rock climbing), and they can be pre-ordered by 9 a.m. Oct. 17 for a $3 discount. Those who pre-order scrips by Oct. 18 receive 11 scrips for $10. All pre-orders will be available for pickup at the event.
