Meet With Espero On Development Projects
State Sen. Will Espero has called a community meeting for 10 a.m.-noon Saturday in Ewa Makai Middle School cafeteria to discuss ongoing development projects in West Oahu.
“With increases to the population base and businesses, it is important that our state pay particular attention to the infrastructure needs of West Oahu,” said Espero, D-19 (Ewa Beach, Ocean Pointe, Ewa by Gentry, Iroquois Point and portions of Ewa Villages). “This meeting is a great opportunity to discuss and receive input on the dynamic and fast-paced growth currently under way in our community.”
Topics to be covered are the rail project, Kalaeloa Community Development District and University of Hawaii West Oahu.
Representatives from Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit, Hawaii Community Development Authority and UHWO will participate. The meeting also will serve as a forum to accept questions from the community.
