It’s Cool To Party On At Cool Kailua Nights

Cool Kailua Nights is cooking up a hot evening of good food and good health with a gala block party from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the Whole Foods parking lot.

Entertaining the crowds will be Kapena, Davey D and Lina Girl, Augie T and other headliners, balanced by a wellness fair, keiki activities and carnival rides, a wine and beer garden for the adults, silent auction, fashion show, local vendors, artisans, dunking booth, games and prizes for everyone.

All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii’s Windward Clubhouse and Castle Medical Center’s oncology clinic. More than 10,000 visitors attended last year’s event, which raised $30,000 for charity. Founded by Danielle Scherman, the party draws local fans who know of its growing reputation for great food and community spirit, built up over the past five years.

Among the vendors on board are Boots & Kimo’s, Aloha Crepes, San Lorenzo Bikini, Down to Earth, Bob’s Pizza, Lomi Lomi Hana Lima Spa, A Cup of Tea and Harmony Pilates & Physical Therapy.
