Neiman Marcus Ala Moana will host its CUSP event Sept. 26-29 featuring a stylist exhibit and contest (Sept. 26-28), where customers can stop in and view “rocker chic” trends as styled by local fashion blogger and musician Erin Smith. Vote for your favorite look before 2 p.m. Sept. 28 and enter for a chance to win a $250 CUSP gift card. At 3 p.m. (Sept. 28), enjoy a mini acoustic performance by Smith, and light refreshments. Smith, a former singer with the Maui-based band The Throwdowns, will release her first solo album titled Smitten in November, and is working with Grammy award-winning producer Michael Whyte. Neiman Marcus’ CUSP event is focused on contemporary fashion and emerging designers. During the event, Neiman Marcus stores across the country will host music-inspired activities.
