It's a happy summer day for 2-year-old Riley Tadina July 21 after receiving a pinwheel from the PriceBusters Keiki Crafts booth at the inaugural Kailua Brunch Fest on Uluniu Street, a free outdoor festival with food booths and trucks, keiki activities, lots of local entertainment, shopping and more.
