Sale Helps Kapolei Theater Kids Travel
The Performing Arts Center of Kapolei (PACK) is taking a break from putting on its theater productions to host a rummage sale from 8 a.m. to noon July 6 in Kapolei High School cafeteria.
More than 30 families are donating items that include gently used toys, clothes, jewelry, handbags, accessories, CDs, books, small electronics, old cell phones and more.
PACK will continue accepting donations from 3 to 6 p.m. July 3 and 5 at the high school. To schedule a drop-off date, call 683-8015.
All proceeds will benefit PACK’s performance en-semble, PACKids, to cover travel expenses for their upcoming performance trip to Disneyland.
PACKids is comprised of more than 20 performers ages 7-17. They produce a number of shows throughout the year and can perform numbers ranging from Broadway tunes to current hits.
Baked goods and drinks also will be available for purchase at the rummage sale.
