Schools Offer Summer Meal Service For Keiki
The state DOE has announced locations for its Summer Food Service Program, including six Windward schools.
The federally funded service offers breakfast and/or lunch every weekday to all children now through mid-July, but it’s designed to make sure low-income keiki in each area receive nutritious meals while school is out.
Call the schools listed below for their specific dates and mealtimes.
Waimanalo Elementary and Intermediate School (259-0460), Blanch Pope Elementary (259-0450), Kaneohe Elementary (233-5633), Kahaluu Elementary (239-3100), Laie Elementary (293-8965) and Kahuku High and Intermediate School (293-8950).
