Caldwell To Talk Roads, Parks

Mayor Kirk Caldwell has scheduled a two-hour meeting with area residents Thursday night in Kapolei.

The town hall meeting is one of six across the island in May to update the public on the mayor’s priorities, how they are addressed in the budget, and touch on issues specific to each community.

The West Oahu meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. May 16 at Kapolei Hale, located at 1000 Uluohia St.

Caldwell will be joined by cabinet members to provide information and field questions about topics such as fixing roads, restoring bus service, investing in sewer infrastructure, park beautification, building rail better and the issue of homelessness.
