Jeweler Shows Replica Pieces

aMakakilo jeweler Linda Sherer hosts her first show in the Islands from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in the Molokai Room of the Hilton Waikiki Beach hotel.

Sherer’s company, Affordable Elegance Collections, carries replica jewelry from designers around the country. It features a range of jewelry, including rings, earrings, bangles and necklaces with materials that resemble silver and gold and gemstones.

Sherer recently moved to the Islands from the Mainland, where she worked in the fine art industry.

“I have represented various jewelers in our gallery for several years, so when I retired, I wanted to continue the jewelry lines,” she explained.

Hilton Waikiki Beach is located at 2500 Kuhio Ave.
