Maria V. Corpuz-George Wins A $250 Spree At INspiration

Maria V. Corpuz-George wanted a new couch, so Monday she took a trip to INspiration at Honolulu Design Center with her dad, Julian, and her children, 9-year-old Brenna and 3-month-old Brennan. As she made her purchase at 12:40 p.m., MidWeek’s representative approached Maria with a simple question. She answered correctly and instantly won a $250 INspiration shopping spree.

“I like shopping at INspiration because I like their customer service,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, a licensed social worker. “And I like the style of furniture here.”

Maria was born and raised in Hilo and is a graduate of St. Joseph School. She lives in Kailua, and enjoys working out and doing yoga. She also likes to read MidWeek.

“I like the articles and the design of the paper,” she said. “And I also like to read Pamela Young’s column.”
