Reyn Spooner has released its Lahaina Sailor print in a dusty shade of pink to benefit breast cancer awareness, available at the Ala Moana Center and Kahala Mall stores.

A portion of the proceeds from this limited-edition shirt will go to the Kapiolani Breast Center, which opened in 2004 as part of Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children.

Kapiolani Breast Center is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

Jeanie Chun Show

The Chinese Women’s Club of Honolulu presents its annual luncheon-fashion show Sept. 29 at 11:30 a.m. at Royal Hawaiian Hotel Monarch Room.

The event, titled “La Mode Classique,” is a scholarship-welfare benefit and will feature fashions by award-winning designer Jeanie Chun. There also will be celebrity guest models, special entertainment, a silent auction and a country store. Fashion commentator will be honorary consul for France Dr. Patricia Lee, and event chairman is Dr. Lawrence Tseu. Tickets cost $65 each and can be purchased by calling Violet Tam at 737-9046.
