Young Artists Sought For Kailua ’13 T-shirt

The Lani-Kailua Outdoor Circle seeks entries by Sept. 30 from area youths in its “I Love Kailua” T-shirt Design Contest. At stake is a $100 cash prize and the prestige of having the work displayed all over the community — on people and signs promoting the 2013 town party.

The original, creative, lively designs — not photos — must represent Kailua as a special place in a maximum of six colors with the words “I Love Kailua” included. Size range is 5-by-7 inches to 9-by-13 inches.
