Free Day At Kaimuki’s YMCA
The Kaimuki-Waialae YMCA will host an open house from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, welcoming in the public for a free day to use the facilities and for the keiki to enjoy some storytelling.
All nine of the YMCA’s Oahu branches (including Camp Erdman) are participating in the event. The Kaimuki branch will have free fitness classes, use of weight and cardio training equipment, a cooking demonstration, family activities and health assessments. Special guest Wally Amos will bring his books and cookies for a Read it LOUD! session as well.
Guided tours, prizes and membership promotions also are planned.
