100 Kalaeloa Apartments Ready For Renters

Renters looking for new housing options now can submit applications for the new Wakea Garden Apartments at 91-1245 Franklin D. Roosevelt Ave. in Kalaeloa.

One hundred units will be available for June occupancy, with rents ranging from $1,200 to $1,500. Units are 490 square feet and include split air-conditioning systems, energy-efficient appliances and double-insulted low-e glass windows. The property also features amenities such as a community recreation room, workout facility, laundry room, assigned parking and more.

Interested tenants should submit completed applications in person at 91-1245 Roosevelt Road as soon as possible, as demand is expected to be high for these one-bedroom, one-bath units.

Wakea Garden Apartments is the former Bachelor Officer Quarters of Barbers Point Naval Air Station, and it was renovated by Hunt Companies for $12 million.
