Miss Hawaii Int’l Headed To Tokyo

Former Miss Hawaii USA 2013 Brianna Acosta offi cially was crowned Miss Hawaii International 2015 in a ceremony Aug. 19. She is headed to Tokyo this fall to represent Hawaii at the 55th Miss International Beauty Pageant. Ching Helps Save Ka Iwi Coast

Save Ka Iwi Coast Coalition received a $100,000 donation from conservation advocate and community leader Randy Ching. The money went to preserving the last open land from development along the seven miles of Ka Iwi coast. The community has raised $500,000 in order to purchase the lands as steward for $4 million.
